C18. Massive squared stone ground floor, brick first floor. Pantiled roof. Large ground floor doorway with shouldered arch and heavy lintel, fluted keystone. Later loading door and an original window above. Modern garage doors on east return.

Included partly as a component of C18 group around a cobbled yard. Stone wall runs north-eastward defining entrance to yard.
