6/10 Street Farm House, 11-7-51 including attached outbuildings on right

GV II

Farmhouse. Early C17. Rubble stone walls, C20 concrete tiled roof, rebuilt brick end stacks. 2 storeys. C20 plastered porch with gabled tiled roof. C20 part-glazed door. Ground floor has 2 stone mullioned windows with lead lights, under hoodmoulds. First floor has 3 similar windows - without hoodmoulds.

Lower, single-storey outbuilding extension on left, with a similar window with hoodmould. Interior appears modernised but retains some chamfered ceiling beams.

Right of the house an attached range of outbuildings, with stone walls and corrugated asbestos roofs. RCHM Monument 6. (Dorset, Vol.I).(R Machin. "The Houses of Yetminster", University of Bristol, 1978)
