GV II Pair of houses. Mid C19. Yellow-brown brick in Flemish bond with stucco dressings. Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys and basement. 4 bays arranged 1:2:1 with central breakforward and narrow entrance bays to each side. Balustraded flight of steps to panelled doors with overlight in architrave under cornice on consoles. Sash windows with glazing bars, margin lights to ground and 1st floor centre in architraves. Cornices to ground floor windows. sill bands.

Overhanging hipped roof. Linked to No 21 (qv) by brick garage and to No 15 (qv) by stucco range. Included for group value only.
