PERRANZABULOE CALLESTICK SW 75 SE 5/56 The Homestead - GV II

House. Circa late C18 or early C19. Killas rubble. Timber lintels rendered over.

Grouted scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends.

Plan: Double-depth plan with 2 rooms at the front flanking an entrance hall leading to stair hall between rear service rooms. Small later extension on the left.

Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3-window front, windows and doorways disposed a little to the left. C20 partly-glazed porch with classical style entablature. Probably original 16-pane hornless sashes and narrower 12-pane sash over doorway.

Interior: Not inspected.
