PERRANZABULOE PENWARTHA COOMBE SW 75 SE 5/80 Trevellance Cottage - II

House and adjoining cottages now one house. Circa late C18. Painted killas and rendered cob. Steep dry Delabole slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends.

Plan: Probably a double-depth plan house with 2-rooms at the front and central entrance lobby; an integral cottage with a room at the front on its left, and a 1- room-plan circa early C19 extension to the house, on the right. Small C20 extension at rear.

Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 4-window front. Original house, in the middle, has symmetrical 2-window front with central doorway; integral cottage, on the left, has its doorway on the right (now partly blocked and fitted with a window), and there is a C19 1-window front extension on the right. C20 door. Probably C20 12-pane 2-light casements in original openings spanned by wooden lintels.

Interior: Not inspected.
