Dated 1824, possibly heightened circa 1840. Large regular red brick house with low pitched slate roof with hipped ends, and wide projecting eaves. String bands between floors. Three storeys, five bay facade, the central four bays project slightly. Five sash windows with glazing bars, flat arches of rubbed bricks, and cills. Those on the top floor which are less tall have balustraded recesses below. Central projecting porch, pilasters with moulded capitals supporting an entablature. Paired hardwood doors with segmental fanlight with glazing bars. Two brick chimney stacks. Small one bay, two storey wing attached to west. Interior: Good contemporary interior.
