2. C18 or early C19, carstone with pale brick dressings, including quoins, floor band and window cases. 2 storey. Altered roof with machine tiles. Plinth.

3 flush frame windows at 1st floor, altered, some with centre glazing bars only, and 2 blank windows now painted panels. Ground floor, centre flush frame sash window with segmental head, and shops each side with wood cases, pilasters, end entrances with fanlights.

Nos 38 to 44 (even) form a group.
