1862. 2 storey ashlar villa with basement and attic. Garden front has 2 shallow canted bays with one window to centre. 1st floor sill course and plat band. 2 course parapet with slit openings above windows. Sash windows with Venetian shutters.

1st floor windows segmental arched with moulded keystones reaching up to modillion cornice. East side: entrance up steps, corbelled pediment, flat hood below fanlight.

Arched recesses flanking. Left hand one blind.
