CARLTON THE VILLAGE NZ 5004 East side The Elms (formerly 19/33 listed as a wing 23/6/66 of Carlton House) II GV Cottage, formerly a wing of Carlton House, early C19. Stuccoed walls; renewed pantiled roof with tile ridge, stone right hand coping, rendered stacks.

2 storeys, 2 bays, the half bay being a left entrance bay. Steps with wrought iron handrail to renewed 6-panel door in renewed fluted doorcase; blank window panel above. Other windows replaced 12-pane sashes with stone cills. Centre and right end chimneys.
