c.185O-55 two storey 3 bay stucco villa with low 2 bay service wing and gabled aoch house. Tall elevation with plinth, sill course, bed mould to frieze and modillion brackets to boxed eaves. Gable and slate roof with flanking corniced chimneys. let floor has architrave framed sash window, centre one with shouldered frame and egg and dart cornice. Ground floor windows is shouldered similar surrounds. Tripartite galzing throughout. Enclosed rusticated porch with coupled elongatted consoles to the angles supporting the cornice. Archivott arched entrance. Screen wall in front of service wing links west gabled coach house.
