SU 17 SE OGBOURNE ST ANDREW VILLAGE CENTRE (east side) 7/71 The Thatch GV II House. C17. Sarsen and timber framing, with thatched roof. Two storeys, 3 bays parallel to road with thatched porch at left end.

Left bay timber framed over high sarsen sill, the framing 3 panels high with jowled posts. One tension brace, but altered. Right two bays probably earlier, the upper floor only framed, 2 panels high with central stack and door at right end. Right gable rebuilt in brick. Interior not seen.
