Late C18 or early C19 3 storey red brick houses two with parapets and cornices, No 38 has individual balconies to 1st floor windows. Later porch. Two windows each, sashes with glazing bars. Plain doorways. Slate roof.

Nos 15 to 28 (consec), Nos 30 to 36 (consec), Nos 38 to 40 (consec), Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. Nos 45, 46 and No 52 form a group.
