C17, early C18 and early C19 farmhouse, now two dwellings. Earliest range to rear of two-storeys, timber-framed and rendered. Corrugated asbestos roof, reduced central ridge stack of local brick. Doorcase of plain pilasters and entablature with boss enrichment, projecting cornice and six panelled door. C18 cross-wing parallel to road of two-storeys, rendered brick with kneelers to parapet gable and end stack to left hand. Plain tiled roof. Range of four modern casement windows at both floors. Two- storey block to right hand, rendered brick with facade parapet and hipped slate roof.

Range of three first-floor hung sash windows with glazing bars and margin lights.

Three similar ground-floor windows originally full length. Six panelled door to left hand with plain pilasters entablature and reveals. Rectangular fanlight.
