House, now shop and offices. Early C18, late C19 second storey. Flared Flemish bond brick with red brick dressings. Late C19 club tiles to second floor; old tile roof; brick stack. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 4-window range. Early C20 shop front. First floor has gauged brick segmental arches over late C19 sashes.

Coved cornice. Late C19 second-floor sashes. M-shaped roof; gable end stacks.

Right side wall in Flemish bond with flared headers with segmental arches over late C19 sashes. Interior: Ground floor remodelled in C20. First floor not inspected but likely to be of interest.
