Town house, now offices. c.1470. Red machine brick, yellow machine brick quoins and dressings; old tile roof; red and yellow machine brick quoins. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Segmental arches with keystones to 2-panelled sashes. Wood modillioned cornice to ground floor. Brick dentilled string course and cornice with egg and dart motifs to soffits. Gabled roof; ridge stack. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
