Description

The factory building itself was demolished in 1999 and the site is now occupied by a retail park but the office block and podium amenities complex were listed at Grade II in 2000 and converted into flats by Urban Splash in around 2007.

This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
