The plans of the first- and second-floor are highly detailed and include fixtures and some furnishing. They also show section lines and are on a scale of 1" to 8ft. The elevation and a foundation plan are also on this scale. The foundation plan give detailed construction information as do a section at foundation and floor level and three sections of part of the drainage system. These are at 1" to 4ft and 3" to 4ft. The site plan includes some drainage information and is at 1:500. There are a few pencil notes relating to the provision of bath and toilet facilities that are not on other copies of this plan. The drawing is signed by various Royal Engineers and there is a hand-tinted copy.
