Description

Thirty-three measured drawings produced by H M Office of Works between November 1921 and January 1929. Twenty sheets show plans, elevations, sections and details relating to the reconstruction of the oak bridge over the outer moat and the nearby west Marmion gateway, including two sheets detailing wrought-iron work for the bridge. Twelve sheets relate to the reconstruction of the oak bridge over the inner moat. The remaining sheet in this group shows details of alternative schemes for both bridges.
