Sixty sheets showing various proposed schemes for the cottage, including some with toilets, a museum and tea lawn attached. Some drawings show the windows, toilets, cupboards, fireplaces and drainage for the cottage. Twenty-two of them are copies, twelve of which are annotated copies.
