Description

The series consists of engravings, pages from publications, photographs and postcards used for or published in English Heritage guidebooks. The items date from 1772 to 1939 and relate to a variety of sites such as:

Winchester Palace, Dartmouth Castle, Rochester Castle, Brough Castle, Berry Pomeroy Castle, Roche Abbey, Tintagel Castle, Stokesay Castle, Middleham Castle, Witley Court, New Wardour Castle Hurst Castle

Also included are Hurst Castle Higher Lighthouse, Britannia Royal Naval College, and The Lord Wellington public house.
