A file containing 1 photograph depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store on the High Street, Winchester. Known as Woolworths store number 1163, this was the one-thousand, one-hundred and sixty-third branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles, in 1990. The store occupied premises which were previously part of Woolworths store number 359, which opened in 1929 and closed in January 1989 (see FWW01/01/0359). The new store at 121 High Street was a Music and Video Store. It closed in February 1994.
