Description

This album contains 72 mounted black and white prints, showing buildings attributed to Reavell and Cahill architects, from around the county of Northumberland. The majority of buildings included are residential properties, although it also includes First World War memorials (attributed to the architects Reavell and Tebbs), financial banks and village halls. The entire album predates 1945, with the earliest images from the 1880s. Although the album contains come handwritten captions, it has not been possible to definitively locate all the buildings in the album.
