MoRPHE Project Planning Note 8

By Julie Satchell, Head of Research at the Hampshire & Wight Trust for Maritime Archaeology

This Project Planning Note has been developed to provide guidance related to marine investigations. This document draws on the content of PPN3: Archaeological Excavation, but is applicable to a wider range of marine investigations. It recognises conditions that can be particular to working in this environment and how these integrate within the MoRPHE framework.

This Project Planning Note is intended to be read in conjunction with the MoRPHE Project Managers Guide which gives generic guidance on project management.

Comments on this Project Planning Note are welcome, and should be sent to morphe@HistoricEngland.org.uk marked for the attention of the author.
