Monument to Charles Waters, Camberwell Old Cemetery, Forest Hill Road, Forest Hill SE23 - Southwark
Monument circa 1910 to Charles Waters. Marble group of a seated woman with book/bible in her lap embracing a small child on a battered plinth. The monument, which was leaning, has been returned to an upright position and made structurally stable. However, the figures have been damaged through cleaning processes and have been assessed for further repair. A scheme for stonework stabilisation has been agreed but has yet to be carried out.
