World War II air traffic control building 400 metres north west of Seckington Cross, on the former airfield of RAF Winkleigh, Winkleigh - Torridge
The monument is a World War II brick and concrete control tower. Although structurally sound, the tower has suffered from vandalism and lack of maintenance and has failing concrete as a result of oxidising steel reinforcement.
