Beckenham Place, Foxgrove Road, Beckenham Place Park - Lewisham
Mansion built c1773 and situated within former park land. The National Lottery Heritage Fund completed a project in 2019 for the wider park, which restored the setting of the mansion and the listed stableyard. The mansion currently accommodates several meanwhile uses whilst the Local Authority investigates funding options for its full repair, and long-term use. Historic England awarded the Local Authority a Covid-19 Emergency grant for priority roof repairs, which were completed in 2021. A Listed Building Consent application for extensive window repairs was approved in 2023.
