Semi-detached house dating from 1843-1845 by the Brighton architect Amon Henry Wilds. The Ionic entrance porch is in very bad condition, cracking is evident, and the roof is not watertight to the rear. The house was sold in August 2022. Significant works are required to stabilise and repair the building. Pre-application discussions have begun in 2024 regarding the refurbishment of the building.
