In very poor state of repair caused by lack of maintenance, vandalism, vegetation, inappropriate finishes and unlived-in state. Water ingress has resulted in dry rot and damage to historic fabric. Statutory action by Local Planning Authority on hold. Vegetation clearance has taken place and is being maintained.
