Circa 1800 rare indeed unique survival in city centre of a pair of 4 storey, one bay town houses, the ground floor taken up by late C19/early C20 shop fronts. Mellow red brick, cornice and parapet rebuilt. Tripartite windows to each of upper floors. Those on first and second floors as simplified Venetian windows with slender dividing columns and slight break in entablature over centre light with shallow pediment. Glazing bar sashes intact. Graceful proportions.
