19/124 Farmhouse & adjoining barn to south-east of White House
G.V. II
House, late C18/early C19. Coursed, squared rubble with quoins. Graduated slate roof has stone chimney, coping, and kneelers to west end. Symmetrical 2-storey, 3-bay front has central part-glazed door in rusticated surround with paired window to either side; 1st floor has single casement between 2 paired casements, all in stone surrounds. Later barn adjoining east end is taller, of snecked rubble. Graduated slate roof with stone copings and kneelers; stone chimney to west end. Single window in stone surround to each floor on left; byre door and coach door have elliptical heads. Byre door to right with hay-loft door above. Single-storey range of outbuildings projecting to east not included.
