Details
EASTLEACH EASTLEACH MARTIN SP 1905-2005 13/173 Group of 2 monuments in the churchyard approximately 4m east of chancel to Church of St Michael and St Martin GV II Chest tomb and bale tomb. Early C18 and early C19. Limestone. Group comprises: tall chest tomb with plain incised panels and domical coping to top, inscribed to Charles Baxter, died 1817; bale tomb with carved corner pilasters and lozenge enriched frieze; finely carved cherub's heads above end panes; panelled bale top with shell niche ends, inscriptions illegible.
