CHIPPING WARDEN BANBURY ROAD SP44NE (South side) 4/85 The Old Rectory 04/02/69 - II
House. Early C18 altered early C19. Ironstone ashlar, artificial stone slate roof, flanking brick and stone stacks. 2 storeys and attic, 5 bays. Central doorway has plain stone surround and C19 half-glazed door with rectangular overlight. Windows on either side have plain stone surrounds and C19 plate glass sash windows. First floor windows similar but retain original glazing bars. 3 dormers with 6-pane sashes. Coped gable ends with kneelers. Interior not inspected but said to have been remodelled C20.
