GV II

House and shop. Early/mid C19 when probably a house. Stuccoed brickwork with ashlar lining, slate roof, gault brick stacks. Plan rectangular of street range and C19 rear lean-to. 3 storeys. Front W elevation: 3 bays, central doorway approached by steps with stucco moulded pilasters and rosette decorated frieze, segment headed doorway with keystone, overlight and C20 glazed door. To N lesser doorway, recessed, with keystone up to string course between floors, overlight, C19 4 panelled door, lower panels moulded, upper ones now glazed. To S of centre, window (now for shop) with keystone, single vertical glazing bar. First floor plain sash windows, recessed with cornice hoods and consoles. Second floor segment headed windows, plain sashes. Roof has deep eaves on shaped brackets and kneelers, ridge stacks at the gables. Rear E elevation: brown brickwork with single central first and second floor sash windows. Slated lean-to butted to small 2-storey gault brick addition at N end. To E of this, slender gault stack and further small lean-to, monopitch roof to E.
