Canal warehouses, now joiner's workshop. Initialled and dated " J G " 1852. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 2 bays. Each bay has segmental-arched cart-entry, that to .left with dated keystone, that to right blocked, and 3-light flat-faced mullioned, stepped, window above (some lights blocked). Coped gables with kneelers. Rear fronts canal and has 3 bays: outer bays each have taking-in door to 1st and 2nd floor; central bay has square window to each floor. Attached to left return wall is projecting cast-and wrought-iron lampholder.
