Timber frame and plaster on stone foundations. Thatch roof with eaves rising over upper window. Modern casements and 2 ledged doors.
Church of St Kenelm, Churchyard Wall, Upton House. Outbuilding at Unton House, Old House, Church View Cottage, Linden, Croomecot, School Cottage and The Tythe House form a group.
