GV II

Farmhouse and attached farm buildings. Probably early C17 core, altered and extended C18 and C19. Limestone and slate rubble, the house cement rendered; Welsh slate and graduated slate roofs. L-shaped range; house of 2 storeys and 3 windows to 1st floor; barn under same roof line on left having later wing to front left. House: C20 porch flanked by plain sashes; 3 casements to 1st floor, that on right smaller; rendered end stacks. Barn to left: front face rendered, the rest exposed rubble with large quoins; arched waggon entrance beneath canopy in angle on left; through passageway and later garage opening then a window beneath hatch. Return limb has stable with window and door and an open-fronted bay; exposed throughs and slit vents to rear. INTERIOR of house: upper-cruck roof construction having 2 trusses of which only one is partially exposed.
