NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE GREY STREET NZ 2464 SE and NZ 2564 SW. (east side) 20/291 and 21/291 Nos. 26 to 32 even 12/11/65 G.V. II
Shops and houses, now offices. Circa 1836 by Dobson for Richard Grainger. Sandstone ashlar; roof not visible. 4 storeys, 6 bays. Flat pilasters and entablature to ground floor with C2O alterations. Upper floors have sash windows, some with glazing bars, in plain reveals. Second floor band; second floor entablature. Top cornice.
