Terraced house. c1710. Brown brick with red brick dressings.
Tiled mansard roof with C20 dormers. 2 storeys, attics and
semi-basement. 4 windows. Wooden architraved doorcase flanked
by narrow sunk panels; console bracketed cornice and open
dentil pediment; panelled door approached by steps. Gauged
brick flat arches to flush framed sashes with exposed boxing.
To right of ground floor sashes, a narrow sunk panel. Moulded
brick band at 1st floor level. 1st floor sashes flanked by
narrow sunk panels. Wooden eaves cornice with block brackets.
INTERIOR: not inspected but noted to retain good panelling,
chimney-piece in rear ground floor room and original
staircase.
