Warehouses, now restored and converted to offices. Early C19. Yellow brick with brick modillion cornice and stucco blocking course. No 2: 3 storeys, 1 bay with rounded corner formed by inset turret feature to 3-bay return. Turret has brick modillion cornice and stucco blocking course and is corbelled out above entrance which is splayed across rounded corner angle. Main elevation has wide, 3-light windows with brick pilaster jambs, heavy wood lintels and glazing bars set in 3-storey recess flanked by giant brick pilasters. Similar windows to return, central bay with loading doors on all 3 floors. No 4: 3 storeys, 3 bays recessed between giant brick pilasters. Central bay had entrance at ground floor, loading door at 2nd floor with wooden canopy over. Gauged brick arches to segmental-headed windows with glazing bars. INTERIOR: not inspected.
