Identification of a group of Roman amphorae from Allington Avenue, Dorchester (162 sherds). Amongst the different forms present were the southern Spanish Dressel 20 which carried olive-oil, the Gallic wine typePelichet 47 and single sherds of a carrot type and Rhodian style amphora.
