Myers Head Lead Mine: archaeological survey report

In November 1996 RCHME undertook an archaeological investigation and analytical field survey of the 19th-century lead mine at Myers Head (Low Hartsop Mine), Cumbria. The remains include a shaft, spoil heaps, processing remains, a weir, leat, wheel pit and piers for an aqueduct.
