GUILSBOROUGH, Northamptonshire An archaeological survey by the RCHME

Author(s): RCHME

An archaeological survey was undertaken by the RCHME at Guilsborough, Northants, following a request from English Heritage, who were involved with scheduling casework resulting from a development proposal. The survey was required to help in defining the extent and character of the site which, as a result of a trial excavation, is thought to be a denuded hillfort.
