CRUCIBLES FROM MINSTERGATE, THETFORD, NORFOLK

A total of thirteen crucible sherds were examined and analysed qualitatively by XRF. Most were of Stamford ware and came from early 11th century contexts. Silver was positively identified on one sherd.
