Author(s): M P Heyworth

A number of objects from the Iron Age/ Romano- British temple site at Green Lane, Wanborough were examined by qualitative XRF. The objects were mostly headdresses and parts of sceptres and were made of a range ofcopper alloys, although the majority were bronzes. It is thought likely that the material may have been imported from the Continent.
