16 New Street, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire: Tree-ring Investigation of Oak Timbers

Primary roof timbers in the front range, and roof timbers in a rear extension roof were investigated. Only three of the eight samples taken had enough rings to warrant further analysis. These three samples showed abrupt growth rate changes and were undatable.
