TREE-RING ANALYSIS OF TIMBERS FROM LOWER WESTWICK ROW FARM, LEVERSTOCK GREEN, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD, HERTFORDSHIRE

Tree-ring samples were obtained from twenty-five different oak timbers from Lower Westwick Row Farm. Analysis of these samples resulted in the production of a single site chronology of 86 years composed of two samples. This site chronology was compared with the full range of relevant reference chronologies but there was no satisfactory cross-matching at any position. This site must, therefore, remain undated.
