TREE-RING ANALYSIS OF TIMBERS FROM LAUGHTON PLACE, EAST SUSSEX, 1984.

Fout timbers associated with the moated site at LaughtonPlace were examined with a view to providing tree-ring dates for three of the features. Three of the timbers were oak, and the fourth was beech. The timbers have not yet been dated, and reasons for this are discussed.
