TREE-RING ANALYSIS OF TIMBERS FROM THE TITHE BARN, LAKE END ROAD, TAPLOW, NEAR BURNHAM, BERKSHIRE

Author(s): Robert Howard, R R Laxton, Cliff Litton

Tree-ring samples were obtained from ten oak timbers from the roof of the Tithe Barn at Lake End Road, Taplow. Analysis of these samples resulted in the production of three short site chronologies. These site chronologies do not match any of the relevant reference chronologies and the site must, therefore, remain undated.
