Brunel Court, Preston, Lancashire: Dendrochronological Analysis of Oak Timbers

Author(s): Ian Tyers

A tree-ring dating programme was commissioned on timbers excavated at Brunel Court, on the corner of Marsh Lane and Ladywell Street, Preston, Lancashire. Dates were obtained for medieval coffin boards, and were used to inform the assessment of the archaeological excavations, in advance of publication. This report archives the dendrochronological results.
