Grade II listed 13th century timber framed building, thought to be one of the oldest shops in England. Covered by 19th century shop front until modernisation work in 2000. Dendrochronological analysis dated two structural timbers to between 1277 and 1297. Now housing offices on ground floor and accommodation on first floor.
